StudioLet regularly collaborates with Penduka. Penduka means "Wake Up". An NGO founded in Namibia in 1992. Penduka supports the position of women in Namibia in many ways. So offers Penduka women from the slums of Windhoek “Blikkiesdorp” and in remote areas the opportunity to earn their own income in order to support their families and to send their children to school. The women make handicraft products such as embroidery, ceramics, batik fabrics and glass beads. All this in a sustainable and traditional way. Penduka also supports education and health projects.
